Health insurance built by people who actually live the nomad life.
An independent licensed brokerage for digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers, and van-lifers. We work with 50+ carriers so we recommend what actually fits how you live — not a script.
Built by people who learned the hard way that domicile matters.
Anywhere Health started after our founder spent weeks on hold with carriers from a Bali coworking space, trying to keep coverage during a move from Texas to Colorado mid-treatment. Multiple denied claims. A bill that should have been covered under the plan he was paying for.
That's when it clicked: nobody was building health insurance brokerage for people who don't live in one place. ACA subsidies depend on state. PPO networks change every 200 miles. Telehealth needs in-state licensing. And every nomad we know was figuring it out alone.
We built Anywhere Health to be the brokerage we wished existed — licensed in all 50 states, fluent in cross-state SEPs, and on text whenever you land somewhere new.

What every nomad gets from us.
We've actually lived nomad
Our advisors have run businesses from Lisbon coworking spaces, vans in Utah, and apartments in Mexico City. We know what breaks when you move every 90 days.
Independent. Licensed in 50 states.
Anywhere Health is not owned by a carrier. We get the same commission no matter which plan we recommend — so the recommendation is based on your route, not a sales target.
We stay with you on the road
Move to a new state? Trigger a Special Enrollment Period? Need a US-licensed doctor while abroad? Your advisor texts back in any time zone, year after year.
The things that make us useful.
Licensed in all 50 states. Appointed with carriers nomads actually use.
Anywhere Health is a licensed insurance brokerage in all 50 US states. We work with US-based ACA carriers, international travel-medical insurers, and supplemental specialists.
We work for nomads, not carriers.
Independent brokerage. Same commission no matter what we recommend. Your plan is built around how you actually live.
Licensed in 50 states
We can write your plan no matter which state you declare as domicile — South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or wherever home base is this year.

Cross-state subsidies handled
We model out ACA subsidy scenarios across multiple states and income swings — so April doesn't come with a surprise IRS bill.
Telehealth-first stack
Every plan we recommend is vetted for multi-state telehealth licensing. See a US-licensed doctor from anywhere — usually in under 15 minutes.

“Moved from Texas to Portugal mid-year and somehow kept my ACA plan and added travel medical without losing my subsidy. My advisor texted me through it from a different time zone.”

“I bounce between Austin, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires. Anywhere Health set me up with a national PPO that works in all three cities and a travel medical layer for everything else.”

“Van life with a 4-year-old means we needed pediatric coverage that works across multiple states. They built a stack that has held up through two ER visits so far.”

“I had no idea cross-state taxes could affect my subsidy. They modeled out the worst case before I moved and helped me avoid an unexpected bill in April.”

“Got bronchitis in Bali. Telehealth call with a US-licensed doctor, prescription called in to a local pharmacy - fast and simple. This is what I'm paying for.”

“Switching states is what kills most nomad coverage. They walked me through the SEP timing so I never had a single day without a plan.”
